You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal. Refund requests submitted within this 14-day window will be honored without any exceptions or conditions. To request a refund, contact us at support@blotwise.com with your account email and order reference.
Email support@blotwise.com within 14 days of your charge. Include your account email address and the transaction or invoice reference. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (A Stripe Company), our authorized Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy facilitates all transactions and may be contacted directly for payment-related questions at lemonsqueezy.com.
